With solid experience in industrial design, the MOSO R&D team actively develops innovative technologies and products leading the world in order to provide customers with more efficient and energy efficient solutions.
MOSO Technology has been committed to the design and manufacturing of power supply market for many years, and is currently located in Shenzhen, China in the Asia-Pacific region, and continues to focus on the research and development of power electronics and new energy product technology. Customer base has expanded to different application fields around the world, such as Netcom, consumer electronics, commercial equipment and other industry well-known manufacturers, and can flexibly develop customized products superior to the industry according to customers’ special product specifications needs, combined with market trends, to create products that issue competitive advantages.

In recent years, MOSO has developed and upgraded its automated manufacturing process equipment. Recognized for its continuous pursuit of technological innovation and R&D achievements, MOSO was also awarded the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Progress Prize and Certificate of Technical Specification Formulation Unit.
Constant Improvement of R&D Capacity
Taking into account the latest regulatory requirements, MOSO continues to pursue more innovative product and process development technologies to enhance product quality and competitiveness. The Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) process is implemented in the company, allowing the R&D team to achieve high quality and stability standards from the initial product development to mass production in a systematic manner.
Innovation is a core value of MOSO, with the company implementing the Patent R&D Reward System to stimulate ideas among its employees. A team was also set up to coordinate and manage patents. Hundreds of international R&D patents were granted to MOSO over the past 17 years, providing intellectual property rights protection of the company’s innovative technologies to customers across the world.

MOSO’s R&D team has 17 years of experience in power electronics and power supply product development. Over 5% of MOSO’s annual turnover is allocated for R&D to develop industry-leading products. As part of industry-academic partnership, MOSO has also been working with universities in the Asia-Pacific to jointly develop innovative products. It is committed to realizing technological innovation and corporate social responsibility through education.
